What is ISO 9001-2000?
ISO 9001-2000 is a quality system established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), a federation of national bodies, throughout the world that set standards for quality procedures.

Companies that meet these stringent standards are then certified under ISO and are audited semi-annually to ensure their quality procedures continually meet the standards demanded by ISO. Only those companies that meet these stringent standards are permitted to use the ISO logo on their correspondence.
